ERC Loans

Energy Resource Conservation

Capital Electric's energy resource conservation (ERC) loans are available to our members only. The loans can be used for the installation of a high efficiency electric heating and/or air conditioning systems or other energy saving products.

Air conditioning loans can be financed up to $1,500 for 2 years at 6% interest.
Heat pump systems can be financed up to $15,000 for 7 years at 5% interest
Other heating systems can be financed up to $5,000 for 5 years at 5% interest.
