Pay by Bank
Capital Electric Cooperative offers the convenience of automatic payment of your monthly billing through our Pay by Bank program. BE AWARE that when Pay by Bank is used along with Capital Electric's Ebill online access, paying your electric bill might become too EASY!
Online
Sign up for Capital Electric's E-bill program and you can pay your bill online from your checking or savings account or Visa credit card. E-Bill lets you view prior billing statements, select account options, see graphical billing history, pay your bill, enter meter readings, and much more. . . ALL FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME--ONLINE!
Postal Mail
Enclose your payment in the envelope provided with your bill, add a stamp and drop in the mail. If you don't have a pre-addressed envelope, please send your payment to:

Payment Drop Box
You may drop off your bill payment at any of the following payment drop boxes in Bismarck, available 24 hours a day:
1. Dan's Supermarket South, 835 S. Washington St.
2. Dan's Supermarket North, Highway 83 N.
3. Central Market, 1190 W. Turnpike Ave.
4. North Dakota State Capitol Building
5. Dakota Community Bank (Lincoln, ND location only, lobby during business hours, night depository after hours)
6. Capital Electric Cooperative, 4111 State St. (drive-up payment box located in the main parking lot)
