The 2007 Old Farmer's Almanac forecasts a “much colder-than

-average” winter for the High Plains region. Whether the prediction comes true or not, we all know it’s going to get cold at some point.
With bitter winds and snow storms fast approaching, the staff at
Capital Electric Cooperative wants our members to know we offer payment arrangements to help ease financial strain.

Shari Vetter, billing coordinator for Capital Electric, answers billing questions, directs members on how to receive fuel assistance from the government, and works with members to create a personal payment plan. She oversees the preparation, printing and mailing of consumer bills, and also coordinates the collection of past-due accounts and assists in establishing rates.

Shari graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in business administration. She joined the Capital Electric team in July after working as an accountant for the Farm and Ranch Guide and as a circulation assistant for the Bismarck Tribune.

Outside of work, Shari says she enjoys walking her Bichon, “Tucker.” She also attends her nephew’s sporting events and spends as much time as she can outdoors.

To receive more information on fuel assistance or to set up a billing arrangement with Capital Electric Cooperative, call Shari today at (701) 223-1513.
