Twardoski promoted to lead lineworker

Capital Electric Cooperative recently promoted Dale Twardoski to lead lineworker, to replace the position Terry Mertz vacated when he became staking engineer in February. As lead lineworker, Dale will supervise the line crew and coordinate the jobs.

With 15 years of service to Capital Electric and five years with West Plains Electric Cooperative, Dale exemplifies the Touchstone Energy® value of accountability—both to cooperatives and their members.
