On May 1st, 2024, you will see changes to the rates you pay Capital Electric Cooperative. The Grid
Capacity Charge will be increasing from $1.25 per kW to $2.00 per kW. However, some of that
increase will be offset by a reduction in the usage/energy charge as it will be reduced from
$0.0485 to $0.0450. The Monthly Base Charge and Demand Charge components will remain the same.
